The Stewards of Kleinstuck were looking for help with their fundraising efforts to purchase a 12-acre parcel of land adjacent to the Kleinstuck Preserve. Initially, the project was presented as the need for some marketing materials—a postcard, a poster, possibly some flyers. But a rallying cry was needed to fuel and amplify their efforts, and Keep Kalamazoo Wild™ was born. Much more than a postcard, Keep Kalamazoo Wild™ is a movement to protect wild spaces in Kalamazoo and a decision we are making about what we will value as a community.
